REVIVAL OF JSC "QARMET": STRATEGIC TRANSFORMATIONS AND PROSPECTS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE MINING AND METALLURGICAL COMPLEX OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

The article discusses the key stages and achievements in the process of reviving one of the largest mining and metallurgical enterprises in Kazakhstan - JSC "Qarmet". The strategic plans and measures taken by the company's management together with government agencies aimed at stabilizing production, modernizing infrastructure, developing logistics, environmental responsibility, digitalization and social support for employees are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the results achieved in the first eight months of 2024 and the prospects for further development of the enterprise until 2028.
