Abstract

The article reflects the main activities of Kostanay Minerals JSC for the socially responsible development. Special attention is paid to social development, including the formation of a loyal workforce andsupport for both young professionals and experienced employees. The main types of social guarantees, as well as health and safety measures provided at the enterprise are considered. In addition, issues of environmental protection and resource conservation are highlighted. Special attention is paid to the aspects of activities digitalization.
