Article Review Procedure

1. The author registers for correspondence on the OJS journal electronic portal, uploads 2 files, one of which should not contain any information about the authors, since anonymized text is required for review. If the author has a conflict of interest with other scientists, the author must notify the editorial board of the journal about this.
The manuscript is checked for compliance with technical requirements and the percentage of originality of the manuscript is determined by checking through the licensing system. Previously published articles, their translations into other languages (Kazakh, Russian, English, etc.), as well as articles submitted for review in other journals (publications), are not accepted for consideration. The editors notify the author for correspondence about this.

The editors review the article for compliance with the subject matter of the journal. In case of discrepancy, the editorial board of the journal sends the author an e-mail with a justification for refusing publication.
Articles that pass the initial selection stage are sent to a reviewer in the OJS system who specializes in the subject of the article.
The journal uses a blind review procedure: the editors do not disclose the names of reviewers and authors. The reviewer provides the editors with a reasoned review of the article within 14 working days from the moment of receiving the article.
If the article needs to be revised, the author must submit a corrected version within 10 working days from the moment of receiving an email notification about the need to make edits. After editing, the article is sent to the reviewer for re-examination. The process continues until the reviewer makes a final decision. If the author agrees with the reviewer's comments, but corrects them improperly (if the manuscript is submitted three times with unresolved comments), the article is rejected. If the authors disagree with the comments, they can send a letter with a justification to the editors of the journal, after reviewing it, a decision is made whether to revise the article or reject it. If the authors do not return the revised version within 10 working days from the date of sending the review, even in the absence of information from the authors about the refusal to revise the article, the editors have the right to reject the article. In this case, the author is sent a notice of the manuscript being removed from registration due to the lack of feedback.
All reviews and the decision of the editorial board on the article are sent to the author for correspondence. The final version of the article is reviewed at a meeting of the editorial board. The decision on the possibility of publishing an article in the journal is made by the editorial board of the journal based on the reviewer's conclusions. Articles that have received a negative review and are rejected by the editorial board are not accepted for re-consideration. If controversial issues arise, the final decision on the articles is made by the editor-in-chief of the journal.
Publication is carried out in the order of the queue as the material is ready.
After determining the content of the issue, the journal is prepared for layout.
