PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE METHODOLOGY OF ANALYSIS OF PROFESSIONAL RISKS IN THE CONDITIONS OF MODERN CHALLENGES TO LABOR SAFETY AND HEALTH PROTECTION OF THE WORKING POPULATION OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

The problem of creating safe working conditions for workers is becoming not only a social and economic issue, but also political, and its solution requires an integrated approach to health protection and workers’ longevity. The professional community pays attention not only to the development of regulatory acts in occupational health and safety but also to conducting quality monitoring in the "people-technique-environment" system in order to determine safe work practices based on the harmful factors consideration. It’s  necessary to determine the working conditions and risk forecasting of occupational diseases among workers of harmful industries. The methodology for assessing occupational risks, taking into account the exposure to adverse factors in the production environment and indicators of workers' health, will allow employers of industrial enterprises to ensure occupational safety in many sectors of the economy of Kazakhstan.
