Abstract

The article describes the experience of implementing the "Vision Zero" rules at the KAZPHOSPHATE LLP enterprise. In recent years, the financing for measures to ensure occupational safety and health has been increased. The company has digitized the occupational safety monitoring system, as a result, the main production operations have become "transparent". Mobile applications make it possible to receive information instantly. The implementation of these approaches has significantly reduced the number of accidents related to workplace injuries.
