Abstract

The article discusses important problems related to the managers’ psycho-emotional condition. The research is based on the analysis of extensive foreign practice. It studies on the level of stress exposure due to high workload and the influences of social factors are reflected. The data on the effects of stress and burnout among managers on  company activities  are presented. Proposed solutions to these problems are outlined, along with approximate estimates of the results of applying these measures.
